Total Volume remains the same,
While the height changes.
Let H be the new height to be found.
Total volume = New volume in A + B
Total volume
= 25 x 20 x 50
= 25000
Volume in A + Volume in B
= 25 x 20 x H + 15 x 25 x H x 2 (B has 2 sides)
= 500H + 750H
= 1250H
Since both volumes are the same, equate them:
25000 = 1250H
H = 20cm //
Hence the height is 20cm
