Since total children = 270,
Count all the children in
(0 child does not matter, because 0 x 12 = 0)
Family with 1 child => 55 x 1 = 55 children
Family with 2 child => 40 x 2 = 80
Family with 4 child => 15 x 4 = 60
Add all up: 55 + 80 + 60 = 195
Take 270 - 195 = 75 children
The 75 belong in the group of family with 3 child:
:. Total family = 75 / 3 = 25
There are 25 family with 3 children //
