so since large circle = 2 x small circle
diameter of small circle = 25 / 5 = 5
radius of small circle = 5 / 2 = 2.5
radius of large circle = 5

Circumference of circle = 2 x 3.14 x radius
circumference of half a large circle
= 1/2 x 2 x 3.14 x 5 = 15.7

circumference of half a small circle
= 1/2 x 2 x 3.14 x 2.5
= 7.85

total length of wire
= circumference of 2 half semi circle + circumference half of small semi circle
= 15.7 + 15.7 + 7.85
= 39.25
