Hi why triangle fgh is equal to the triangle
Both are for triangle FGH.
1. 1/2 × FG (Base) × GH (Height)
2. 1/2 × FH (Base) × HJ (Height which is perpendicular to the base) Other heights that you can use are FK and the one that you have drawn connecting point G to Line FH.
