Thanks. A bit complicated to me...
The answer sheet provide a solution as follow:
3 x 5 = 15
2 x 5 = 10
15 - 10 = 5
5u -> 100
1u -> 100 / 5 = 20
20 x 6 = 120

May I know how to explain the above? Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

Chocolate at 1st 60% = 3/5
Vanilla at 1st 40% = 2/5

In the end,
Chocolate 40%,=2/5
Vanilla 60% = 3/5
At 1st vanilla 2/5 = 3/5 vanilla in the end.
We make the numerator to the same
6/15 = 6/10
Therefore, at 1st have 15u, in the end have 10u
15u-10u =100
5u = 100
1u = 20

Vanilla have 6u = 6×20 = 120

Hi,
Thanks for the solution.
But may I know what does the 15u and 10u representing after making the numerator to the same? Is it vanilla? It doesn't make sense to me that at the end vanilla is 10u which is lesser than at first.

Vanilla remain same as 6u.
15u is the total of both. In the end, 10u total for both too.
