We know that rectangle(shaded) : rectangle(unshaded) ratio is 3 : 7.

Next, given that circle : rectangle ratio is 7 : 5, and the area of the rectangle is (3+7) = 10 units, we can deduce that the circle is 14 units.

Circle(shaded) already took up 3 units, thus it follows that circle(unshaded) is 11 units.

Finally, to get the shaded : unshaded ratio, we have:
3 : (11+7) -> 3 : 18 -> 1 : 6
