Your method is correct, just the values are wrong. I observed that the question did not give u a value of π, so we use calculator value of it, which is alot more that 3.14.

So,
Area of Quarter
= 1/4 x π(calculator value) x (11x11)
= 95.03317777

Area of triangle
= 1/2 x 6.6 x 8.8
= 29.04

Area of shaded part
= 95.03317777 - 29.04
= 65.99317777
= 66.0 (1.d.p)
