Original:
Since A had 125 more than B,
A = B + 125
B = B
(Refer to model in picture if you are lost)

After transfering 1/5 of A,
A = 4/5 of original A
B = new A + 15 = 4/5 of original A + 15

Since original A is B + 125, replace 'original A' with B + 125, hence, after transfer,
A = 4/5 (B+125)
B = 4/5 (B+125) + 15

The total number of apples did not change in the whole equation so
original A + original B = new A + new B
