Tks, for section b, why multiply by 5?

$6.8 → not a whole number
$2 → whole number & even number

0.8 = ⅘
0.8×5 = 4 → whole number

5 × $6.8 = $34 → whole number & even number

So that
34 is the common number for
6.8 & 2
