Hi Martin,
Since the no. is between 61-70 hence, I will always use the middle no. which is 65 to try dividing first. Since 65 is not the answer, I will then try the other no. till I get the answer. My ans. prove to be 67 as it gives remainder 4 when divided by 7 and remainder 3 when divided by 8.
