Because e^x > 0 for all x, (1-2x)(x-3) < 0
Cases:
1-2x < 0 and x-3 > 0 => x > 0.5 or x > 3, so x > 3
1-2x > 0 and x-3 < 0 => x < 0.5 or x < 3, so x < 0.5
Cases:
1-2x < 0 and x-3 > 0 => x > 0.5 or x > 3, so x > 3
1-2x > 0 and x-3 < 0 => x < 0.5 or x < 3, so x < 0.5
