Use your a=(v-u)/t to find initial and final velocity for (a) and (b) respectively
For (c), taking water as base level,
KE is max while GPE is zero at water, KE is min while GPE is max at highest point.
No air resistance means total energy is constant throughout the process.
So KE + GPE at spring board = KE at water
