Hi Shikin,
For every 10 bags sold, Evelyn earns $35 [10 bags x $3 + $5 incentive].
For every 180 bags (10bags x 18) sold, she earns $35 x 18 = $630.
To earn another $6, she need to sell 2 more bags. Hence, she need to sell 180 +2 = 182 bags.
