Nicole, based on given question, answer is already correct.

For factorisation, the aim is to split the expression into the product of a number of factors. Split until cannot split.

Final answer should be in the form (a)(b)(c) ....., where a,b,c, etc, are factors that cannot be splitted further.

If second term is actually -20x^3y,
then final answer is different and would be...
5xy(y-2x)(y+2x).
