Not sure if it is the correct answer.
But the concept is to make is a round figure so that can multiply without hesitation.
So if it’s more than or equal to 0.5 need to round up
Example 9.5 —> 10
If less than 0.5 example 0.4 need to round down
Example 9.4 —> 9
