(y-3) and (3-y) looks similar. You would just need to change the sign for 15 (3-y) into -15 (y-3). This will be the fastest and efficient way of solving this type of question.
However, you can choose to expand out everything and group them accordingly based on x and y. The steps are going to be time-consuming and tedious.
