Your answer is not correct. Middle number for
Look at row 1 = 1
Row 2 = no
Row 3 = 9
Row 4 = no.
Row 5 = 25
Row 6 = no
Row 7 = 49
Cause odd number row, middle number is row × row
So row 7 = 7×7 = 49
Look at row 1 = 1

For b)
Seat number is 83
9×9 =81
So 83 is same row, =Row 9.

So, row number is 11
