Hi, you are correct with both names.
(a) Jon's measured values were closer and more accurate because his Average Reading was only 0.2g different (as you have written down) from the measured value of 100g.

(b) Jia Li's measured values were more precise as her first 2 readings produced the same result of 103.1g while Reading 3 is very close at 103.2g. Based on such precise results, there could be an error of measurement (e.g. zero error of instrument).
