Hi! Make use of chain rule of differentiation by finding the derivative of what is within the bracket ie (4x+1) to get 4.

Factories out (4x+1)^3, so what remains will be 16(2-3x)= 32-48x

Same ! Factorise out (4x+1)^3 so what remains is -3(4x+1) which is -12x-3
