Amount received for 6 watches = 6($30) + $20 = $200
(a) 20 ÷ 6 = 3 r 2
Mr Choo will earn the $20 bonus for the 3 groups of watches.
Amount received = 3($200) + 2($30) = $660
(b) Find out how many groups of 6 watches and individual watches he must assemble.
$3320 ÷ $200 = 16 r $120
$120 ÷ $30 = 4
Mr Choo must assemble 16 groups of 6 watches and 4 individual watches.
Total no. of watches = 16 (6) + 4 = 100 watches
