In your denominator,
(√3 + 9)(√3 - 9)
= (√3)² - 9² (property a² - b² = (a + b)(a - b) )
= 3 - 81
= -78
But what you've written is 1.
And your +3 at the first few steps became - 3 later on.
(√3 + 9)(√3 - 9)
= (√3)² - 9² (property a² - b² = (a + b)(a - b) )
= 3 - 81
= -78

From that step it should be :
81 - 18√3 + 3 - (78(√3 - 9))/-78)
= 84 - 18√3 - (-(√3 - 9))
= 84 - 18√3 + √3 - 9
= 75 - 17√3
81 - 18√3 + 3 - (78(√3 - 9))/-78)
= 84 - 18√3 - (-(√3 - 9))
= 84 - 18√3 + √3 - 9
= 75 - 17√3
