One way:
1. Calculate the classroom area
2. Calculate the area of the 2 dollar note
3. Calculate how many pieces of 2 dollar note a class room needs to cover the floor
4. And then take 1000000 divide by step 3 , to find how many classroom it covers

Give examples to do the question. Since the question allows drawing or explanation to complete the question. In my case I give an example for a $2 note to be of a size 5cm×2cm and the classroom size is of 40cmx40cm. You can give any example as long as it is understandable. Try to use even numbers to do to prevent decimals as too many numbers can be confusing.
