Non-substitution method:
x - 5√x + 6 = 0
x + 6 = 5√x
(x + 6)² = (5√x)²
x² + 12x + 36 = 25x
x² - 13x + 36 = 0
(x - 9)(x - 4) = 0
x = 9 or x = 4
x - 5√x + 6 = 0
x + 6 = 5√x
(x + 6)² = (5√x)²
x² + 12x + 36 = 25x
x² - 13x + 36 = 0
(x - 9)(x - 4) = 0
x = 9 or x = 4
