From your last step,

-8x = 0
so x = 0/-8 = 0

∴ x = 0

Check :

Sub x = 0 ,

3/(3 - 2x) = 3 / (3 - 2 × 0) = 3/3 = 1

1/(2x + 1) = 1 / (2 × 0 + 1) = 1/1 = 1

Left hand side = Right hand side so x = 0 satisfies the equation

Alternatively,

when you reach here :

3 - 2x = 6x + 3
3 - 3 = 6x + 2x
0 = 8x
x = 0/8 = 0
