Ratio of $ of Ali : Belle = 6 : 5 = 12 : 10
Total units : 10 + 12 = 22
After Ali gave Belle $8, they each had the same amount of money.
No. of units each person has now = 22 ÷ 2 = 11
Number of units Ali gave Belle = 12 - 11 = 1
So 1 unit = $8
$ Belle has at first = 10 units = 10 x $8 = $80
