Hi since pink remained 3 units. We know that red increased from 1 units to 2 units. As we know 1 unit originally means 50. 2 units would be 100. So he got 100-50=50 additional red roses. Hope this helps :)

Hi! Just remember that the number of pink roses remains constant hence you can use that figure to solve the other part. :)
