But using this method will result in extra space at the top for more triangles. Maybe there is some other method to go about this question

Interesting question. . . For sure, it makes us think deeply on how to answer this question. . . Personally, I think the question can be clearer. . . As in, are we allowed to choose the way we want to place the triangle within the given rectangle? Really depends on the orientation of the triangles. . . Valid inputs from previous tutors on how to solve the questions. . . Dont be stress ya.
