Because the price of 1 dress = the price of 2 skirts, the price of 2 dresses then becomes the price of 4 skirts. With this, we add the other 2 skirts in, and the total price ($150) is equivalent to the price of 6 skirts. From there, we find the price of 1 skirt, which comes down to $25.

Hope this helped break down the question for you! :)
