hello! i just checked the answer key and part b is 310, part c is 301! could be an error in the answer key though;; Also thank you so much!!

Solution to (c) :)
In my solution I found the number of ways based on having at least one female, before eliminating all locals cases to satisfy at least one foreign member condition
It is also able to be solved if you find the number of ways first based on having at least one foreign member, before eliminating all males cases!
