If you see the blue marks represent the forces going "around" the wire.

Imagine that for each of the points (P R S Q) they will either push "down" or "up". Now imagine an arrow. The X represents an arrow seeing from behind, and a dot an arrow seeing from the front.

So if you have one arrow pushing down and another up, then you are magnetic field zero..

Hence P and R are the answers, so "A"
