PR is a chord of the circle.

Since PR passes through the centre O, PR is a diameter of the circle.

This means that PQRO is a semicircle.

∠PQR = 90°
(angle in a semicircle is a right angle)

PRST is a cyclic quadrilateral

∠PRS + ∠PTS = 180°

(Opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral

Or

Angles in opposite segments are supplementary)

So ∠PQR + ∠PRS + ∠PTS
= 90° + 180°
= 270°
