This is another formula method to solve beside @doodsamathritan's answer...
Number of square increases by 4 for each pattern.
(P×4) + 2
A) when P = 18
(18×4) +2 =74

B) (P×4) + 2 =134
P×4 =132
P = 132÷4
P = 33
Ans = Pattern 33.
