I need to find the equation of the normal. Please help!

y = 2 + 1/x
dy/dx = -1/x²
When x = 1,
dy/dx = -1/1² = -1 = gradient of tangent
Gradient of normal
= -1/gradient of tangent
= -1/-1
= 1
When x = 1, y = 2 + 1/1 = 3
sub x = 1, y = 3 , m = 1 into y = mx + c,
3 = 1(1) + c
c = 3 - 1 = 2
Equation of normal is : y = x + 2
