= Area of ABCDE - Area of △ADE
= 36cm² - 24cm²
= 12cm²
Area of △CDE
= ½ x 6cm x 10cm
= 30cm²
Area of shaded part
= Area of △CDE - Area of △BCD
= 30cm² - 12cm²
= 18cm²
= Area of ABCDE - Area of △ADE
= 36cm² - 24cm²
= 12cm²
Area of △CDE
