Height of Triangle can’t be 56/2 as you are making the assumption that the height of the triangle is the same as the square.
Instead,
Base of triangle = 96/2 = 48cm
Base of triangle = Length of 2 squares.
Length of 1 square = 48/2 = 24cm
Since all sides of square has the same length,
Height of triangle = 56 - 24 = 32cm
Area of one triangle = 1/2 x 48 x 32 = 768
Area of two triangle = 768 x 2 = 1,536
