15x - 3y = 0
3y = 15x
y = 5x
They are parallel lines, hence gradient would be the same.
2y = mx + c
y = (m/2) x + (c/2)
Since m/2 is the gradient,
m/2 = 5
m = 10.
Sub (1/2,1) into the eqn
1 = 5(1/2) + c
c = -1.5
3y = 15x
