6 units of Harry + $226 spent will be Gary’s original amount.
Originally, Gary has 4 times as much money as Harry.
Hence we can conclude,
4 x (1 unit of Harry + $226) = 6 unit of Harry + $226
1 unit of Harry + $226 spent will be Harry’s original amount.
6 units of Harry + $226 spent will be Gary’s original amount.
Originally, Gary has 4 times as much money as Harry.
Hence we can conclude,
