1. Every week, Rina's sister saves $2 more than Rina.
2. Find out how many weeks does Rina's sister take to save $14 more than Rina. (14/2 = 7 weeks)
3. For 7 weeks, Rina would have saved $31.50 (each week Rina saves $4.50 x 7 weeks)
