Hihi! Do you mind explaing how you got the dimensions 7 x 3 x 2?
Smallest cuboid with 42 unit cubes is 7x3x2.
To obtain this lost all factor for 42 = 1, 2,3,6,7,14,21,42
Guess and check for cubes for 42 cubes:
If 1x2x21 = cube will be 21x21x21
If 2x3x7 = cube will 7x7x7
If 1x 6x7 = cube will be 7x7x7
If 1x 3x14 = cube will be 14x14x14
.
.
.
So, 7x7x7 is smallest cubes.
You may work by divide
42/2= 21
21/3=7
Therefore, 42= 2x3x7
