sample 1. because the questions gives the hint that fats "produces large amount of energy". So when it is being in the process of burning, the amount of energy helps to release heat. (idk if I make sense but if you did the practical experiment, you could make a conclusion about it). Please correct me if I'm wrong, if my statement is wrong.
