Hello I recently solved this problem, and I would like to check if my answer is correct and if my presentation and reasoning is sound. Please correct and nitpick as much as you like as this is one of the first times where I actually managed to solve the problem. Thank you!

if the condition is m>n and m,n must both be positive integers, then m=1, n=0 should not be valid solution because 0 is neither positive nor negative.

i am not sure if you can find a solution by calculation, but one possible method is solving by elimination.

(1+80n) must end with 1,
so sqrt(1+80n) must end with 1 or 9.

we list out possible values of sqrt(1+80n),
then work out corresponding values of m & n,
and eliminate invalid combinations until left with final answer.

smallest m x n should be 380.
