To the best of my knowledge, I think.....
It’s tube B. Since the enzyme is found in the stomach which contains acid that digest the food, the enzyme requires acidic condition to work well. Additionally,the optimum temp for it to work at its best is at 37 degree as that is the optimum temperature of the human body.
