RSiying is in the exact middle,
And Anna is 43 people ahead of Siying
And there are 20 people after Anna.

This tells us that half of the queue is:
43 + 20 = 63
So there are 63 people in half of the queue.

To get the full queue, you do
63 x 2 = 126

Now you may wonder why its 127,
This is because for Siying to be in the exact middle, the total queue would have to be odd number

To get 127,
just add 1 to 126
This is done to include Siying in the queue.

Therefore, your final answer is 127
