C has at least 5 factors.
For A to have exactly 2 factors, A must be 2. For B to have 4 factors, B could be 6, 8 or 10.
2 x 6 = 12 (6 factors, 1 2 3 4 6 12)
2 x 8 = 16 (5 factors, 1 2 4 8 16)
2 x 10 = 20 (6 factors, 1 2 4 5 10 20)

So minimally 5 factors. Hope this helped
