Currently, there are no known ways to increase the speed of light as speed of light is the fastest speed known to man. (I.e. speed of light travelling in vacuum is 300000km/sec).

If you want to vary the speed of light you could put light into different mediums as the speed of light particle would vary slightly as it hits more atoms.

The only way for you to travel faster than the speed of light is probably creating a worm hole which allows you to travel from one place to another instantly.
