1 gigabyte = 1,000,000 kilobytes (kb)
1 megabyte = 1,000 kilobytes

1 low res photo = 510 kb
1 high res photo = 2,800 kb

Number of high res photo
= 1,000,000/2,800
= 357.14
Max = 357

Number of low res photo
= 1,000,000/510
= 1960.78
Max = 1960

Difference = 1960 - 357 = 1,603 photos (Answer)
