For the numerator, you use the rule
(a-b)(a+b) to factorise. You should get

(3a-2b)(3a+2b)

For the denominator, you use the cross factorisation method. You should get
(3a+2b)(a-b)

You have common factors that you can cancel out. After that youre done.
