This will work only if ABB' are on leveled ground (ie. same level).
If you don't believe the * statement, you can put in random values for AC and angle ACB = angle ACB'. You would realise that with TOA CAH SOH, you can see that BC = B'C. With RHS, you can prove that the triangles are congruent.
