Need help for last part.
sigma(y-Y)^2 is the minimum possible.
so if Y' = a+bx where a, b is any constant,
then sigma(y-Y')^2 >= sigma(y-Y)^2.
note that according to MOE announcement, this topic is not tested in this year A level H2 maths.
