It's not that i completely don't understand but i think i identified the wrong base reference or something. If im not wrong, based on my workings, afiq's salary is 115% which is $5175 so it means samy's salary is 100% which is $4500. From there, i did a few more equations but i arrived at a very very strange question. Tysm in advance to those who can help me!

Tysm for ur help, at first i also arrived at the ans of 0.78% but may i know why did u have to find the diff?
Because findinf the difference (or how much Afiq salary is higher at first) is required to find the actual increase in salary for Afiq.
Another (faster) way to find the difference would just be to take 5175 x 15/115.
